At Alexander Grace Law we are always looking for ways to get you through the conveyancing process as quickly as possible. Moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do in your life. We want to ensure that we can save you some of the most important part of the process – TIME.

One of the most time-consuming parts of the conveyancing process is simply completing the initial documentation that is required to enable the sale to proceed.

We know that, on average, two weeks can be wasted whilst the forms are completed and ID documents obtained.

Unfortunately, we are unable to do anything about the amount of forms that need to be completed, however they can be filled in and completed at a much earlier stage, saving vital weeks in the conveyancing process.

If you use our FAST TRACK SERVICE, as soon as a buyer is found, or you find a property to purchase, we can have you up and running immediately.

The forms that need to be completed are general information about the property you are selling and also information about yourself as the seller.
