One of the most time-consuming parts of the conveyancing process is simply completing the initial documentation that is required to enable the sale to proceed.

We know that, on average, two weeks can be wasted whilst the forms are completed and ID documents obtained. Unfortunately, we are unable to do anything about the amount of forms that need to be completed, however they can be filled in and completed at a much earlier stage, saving vital weeks in the conveyancing process.
