I started working in Business Transfer Sales in 2007 where my love for the property industry began, spending two years as an Administrator assisting the Sales Negotiators with commercial sales. I then moved to residential sales working as a Sales Negotiator at an online national estate agents. I transferred to the Sales Progression Department working as a Sales Progressor dealing with properties once a sale has been secured.
From there I spent six months working as an assistant at a National Conveyancing Firm gaining hands-on experience of the legal side of the sales and purchase process. With the knowledge and experience I had gained, I secured a Management role with a leading local estate agents where I have worked for the last three years and have been incredibly happy.
When I have free time I enjoy travelling and visiting new cities and towns across Europe and the UK. Visiting Rome was one of the major highlights of all the places I have travelled so far. My husband Phil and I have been married for four years and enjoy walking and running in our spare time having taken part in three charity runs in Manchester and Edinburgh in recent years. I also enjoy eating out and socialising with family and friends.
Leadership, Core Skills
I am very excited to be facing a fantastic new challenge in my role as a Trainee Licensed Conveyancer. I am incredibly customer and service focused and believe in providing the highest possible standard of care in all aspects of my professional life. I am extremely driven and am certain that the Alexander Grace team will be a huge success.
From my time in the industry, I have gained a wealth of knowledge of the selling and buying process and the stresses that come with the transfer of the biggest asset in most people’s lives. Making the process as stress-free as possible whether it be advising clients on their first home, guiding them through the sale of their family home or assisting someone with their portfolio of buy to let properties I have found the job incredibly challenging and rewarding.
