I have been working in the legal profession since 1991 and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 1995. All my time in the legal profession has been spent in Burnley and I have worked for a number of well known law firms in the town. During the first part of my career I worked in the field of personal injury litigation but for around the last 15 years I have specialised in Private Client work. This includes Wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, court of protection work and advising clients about a range of other issues such as care fees planning and inheritance tax planning.
I am happily married to Dave. I enjoy gardening, walking, cooking and reading. I am an active member of Wheatley Lane Inghamite Church.
For me, the best part of my job is meeting and building relationships with my clients. I am genuinely interested in my clients and my aim is to provide them with excellent service. Due to the nature of my work, my clients might have recently suffered bereavement, or be facing illness and fears for the future. I want to provide them with clear, caring and sensitive advice and help.
